First off, you wanna create a cat. You can find things for your character sheet in the 'Beginning to Roleplay' board.
Second, you can find people to Roleplay with in the 'Roleplay Finder' board. Also, I'd be happy to RP with anyone! Just ask
And then, you just jump right in! If you want, you can also create a plot for people to join, just make sure it doesn't interfere with anyone else's roleplay. If you have an idea for a plot including all four Clans, message me.
